Renovated One Bedroom
Full kitchen, full bathroom, new flooring, new windows and one full bedroom with closet. The price on these units range from $667.00 to $707.00.
We currently have two of these open.
One Bedroom
Full kitchen, full bathroom, new flooring, new windows and full bedroom. The price of these range from $580.00 to $600.00.
We currently have 2 of these available.
Two bedroom renovated
Full kitchen, 2 full bath, washer and dryer, new flooring, new windows and 2 full bedrooms. These range from $960.00 to $980.00.

Common Areas
If you are a local business, group or person with a great idea, we would love to chat about opening up our common space to you to use. We love new ideas and people coming in and entertaining our residents. We offer this space free of charge.
